Innovative and sustainable Construction technologies and Building Materials

The development of new technologies and advanced materials is a keystone for a sustainable construction. The new requirements for energy and raw materials consumption, sustainability and resiliency in developed economies can be achieved through the research and development of new building materials and energy saving technologies. This research line aims to experimentally investigate on advanced and high performance building materials and cast in place technologies. Some approaches focuses on nanotechnology applied for building technology, new cement based recycled materials and energy saving technologies.
