GET MSCA fellows in the 2020 European Researchers Night
The European Researchers’ Night is a pan-European event taking place the last Friday and Saturday of November. In Madrid it is managed by Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d. Science, Universities and Innovation Department of the Regional Government of Madrid. University, Research and Innovation Department of the Regional Government of Madrid. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme-Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions -under Grant Agreement No 953.820.

Got Energy Talent fellows will be participating with different activities, bringing their research closer to the broad public:
- European Corner + Sacando la Curie que llevas dentro / European Corner + Bringing out your inner MarieCurie. What drives humans to great achievements and scientific breakthroughs? We all have our own particular reasons and motivations. Marie Curie helps Sabino Armenise find his. More info here.
- Urbanism and transport in the face of climate change. How we will move (in) the city of the future. Role play on the topic of urbanism and transport policies. Participants will have to defend different views and alternative urban and transport models. Promted by Jens Peters. More info here.
- ConScience with Music. Energy and Environment Awareness Quiz aminated with Music, promoted by Marta Valencia Calvo. More info here.
- Do research, take the initiative, create your business, have fun. Roundtable with MSCA researchers, telling about their personal and professional experience. They will answer questions, both onsite and questions sent online. Jose Aguilar and Daniel Wuebben take part in the roundtable. More info here.
- Meeting with highschool students from IES Las Lagunas. Our MSCA fellow María Erans will be meeting highschool students from the IES Las Lagunas on 27 November. She will tell them about her experience, her career and her research.
- Future of plastics – Le plastiche e il loro futuro. Conversation with MSCA fellow Valetina Sessini about the future of plastics. Debate about plastic recycling, reuse, biodegratation, about circular economy and how our lifestyle makes it difficult using resources in a sustainable manner. This event is organised under the SHARPER project (Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions. GA 955345).
